What is an LED
An LED (light-emitting-diode) is a solid-state lamp that uses light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the source of light.

Orders placed before noon time (Central time) are processed and shipped on the same day.  Orders placed after noon time (Central time) are processed and shipped out the next business day; order placed on weekend will ship following Monday during a business week.  Orders will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Orders placed within Illinois will occur an ILL sales tax; outside of Illinois will have No Sales Tax.

In the case of a back order, we will notify you within 5 business days.  Please contact our Customer Service Department at if you have any questions.

An email will be sent with UPS Tracking Number and a confirmation that your order has been received and processed.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity.  Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.

Customer satisfaction is our priority.  Therefore a 10 days inspection period from date of delivery is allowed.  If you are not satisfied with what you received, you may return the merchandise for a refund or arrange for replacement.

Please contact customer service at and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back to us.  All return must be approved and returned with shipping prepaid in original condition and in their original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Shipping Damage ships all our products in good package condition thru UPS to all points, our experiences has received very few claim on shipping damages.  In order for a shipping damage claim to be filed. has to be notified of the damage within two working days of the damage to shipper.  We will file the claim on the customer’s behalf and arrange for replacement at no charge of shipping, or arrange for refund.  The package must be received (not refused under any circumstances) and inspected.  If the package has been received on damaged condition, please mark “damaged” or “subject to inspection” to shipper’s receipt.  Replacement and refund will be accessed according to the amount of the actual damage.

If replacement is required on product that can only shipped in case quantities, then a full case must be shipped and charged for, less the amount of the actual damage and no additional shipping charges.

Replacement Limitations

If the total amount of the product for replacement for either damage or defective, is less than ten ($10), a refund, rather than a replacement will be offered to the customer.

Special Order and Non-Stock/Clearance Items

Special order, non-stock, clearances are sold as final sale, “no return items”.  Please contact customer service at to assist you on purchasing the correct products.


Refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase; it’s required by law.  In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc), a company check will be sent to the purchase thru our accounting verification process.  It will take approximately three (3) weeks to process a company check and mail out the refund.
